At Potency 73, we carefully handcraft each candle to ensure the highest quality. We process and ship orders promptly, and we strive to provide clear delivery timelines to our valued customers.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🚛 Shipping Costs & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are not included for orders under $50. Standard shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and may take 1-3 business days after processing.

🌎 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
  • International delivery times vary and may take 10-20 business days depending on customs processing and local carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care to package candles securely, but in the rare event your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with a photo of the package and contents.
  • If your package is lost, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a replacement if possible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
