At Potency 73, each candle is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Because our products are intended for personal use and made to order, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including personal preference (such as fragrance, size, or color).
📦 Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our candles. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same item (or a comparable replacement if the item is unavailable).
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must notify us within seven (7) business days of delivery.
- Email at support@potency73.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
- Once approved, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds
- We do not accept returns of candles under any circumstances.
- Refunds are not issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with fragrance, size, or accidental damage after delivery.
- For health and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned or exchanged.
⚠️ Additional Terms
- This policy cannot be used for fragrance preference or change-of-mind purchases.
- Exchange eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
- Requests made after the seven (7) business day window will not be honored.
